You're wondering, what exactly is hypnosis?

Away from old wives' tales and loss of will and the question, what actually is hypnosis?

Today I'll tell you from positive personal experience how hypnosis works in 2023.

Are you ready? So let's get started.

Hypnosis is a technique in which a person, in this case me, is brought into a state of deep relaxation and increased concentration. In this state it is possible to influence the subconscious and bring about positive changes. Hypnosis has been used in various forms for centuries and has developed into a recognized therapeutic method.

During a hypnosis session, a hypnotist works with the client, in my case the client, to achieve a state of hypnosis. This is done by using specific techniques, such as progressive muscle relaxation, visualization or suggestive speech patterns. You will be put into a state called a hypnotic trance.

Don't worry, you are fully present, you can answer, you can also move.

We experience this trance state ourselves every day.

For example, when doing sports, when you train and concentrate on your exercises, or make music, or do typing work at work.

We unconsciously put ourselves in a kind of hypnotic state every day.

You can follow me that far, right? Ok, perfect!

In this trance, the mind is particularly receptive to suggestions and there is an increased willingness to make changes on your own.

During a hypnosis session, the hypnotist can work with the client's subconscious (or mine) to address various problems. Specific goals can be defined, such as losing weight, quitting smoking, managing stress or reducing anxiety. In my case, it wasn't quitting smoking or losing weight. I had other issues. Although the weight thing, well maybe that's coming...😉

Now continue with the description...

The hypnotist uses the power of words and images to reprogram the subconscious and enable positive changes.

Hypnosis has been proven to be an effective method for changing undesirable behaviors and treating various mental and physical problems. When it comes to quitting smoking, for example, hypnosis can help reduce cravings for cigarettes and counteract withdrawal symptoms. In weight loss, hypnosis can reduce cravings for unhealthy foods and increase motivation to exercise, etc.

You can tackle almost any topic that concerns you, provided you are open-minded.

It is important to note that hypnosis requires collaboration between the hypnotist and the client.

The client (or me 😊) must be open to the change and ready to engage in the hypnotic state. Hypnosis is not a control over the person's will, but rather a support to facilitate the desired changes.

I'll simply ignore critics or criticism on the subject of hypnosis here.

It is important that you find a qualified and experienced hypnotist who has solid training and certification in order to achieve the best possible results.

Here comes my warm recommendation to Lukas Züllig, with his practice < strong>TURNING POINT. The name says it all, you will experience it yourself in a very positive way. Allow 2-3 hours to fully concentrate on your task. I'm more than thrilled with Lukas. It stimulates your subconscious with positive lightness, so that you can't help but open yourself up to yourself and your mind. You could say:

Your spirit meets your soul at the turning point.

I can really recommend Lukas Züllig to you again. 🙌🏻

Overall, hypnosis is a fascinating technique that can help people create change and reach their full potential. It is important to understand the possibilities and limitations of hypnosis and to use it as a tool to support personal growth and development.

Give yourself this experience and the journey and lead

A positive side-vouz with yourself...

I was able to get a lot of things going within myself and had my positive rendezvous with myself...👀👀🥰

Now it's your turn, start working on yourself, sometimes you need a nudge to open up, because it's never too late to reflect on yourself!

Congratulations
